Located at the strategic location of the West Central Community Center, our clinic offers a welcoming and comfortable environment where you and your family can receive personalized medical attention. We pride ourselves for taking time with you and meeting your needs..

We are accepting new patients, with availability as soon as within one week if needed.

We are in the final stages of credentialing with Medicaid and UnitedHealthcare. We are already credentialed and contracted with Regence and Asuris; coverage for those plans begins January 1, 2026. In the meantime, patients with Regence or Asuris may contact their insurance provider to confirm whether they can be approved to be seen at our clinic before that effective date.

We are transitioning from AdvancedMD to Athena Health by the end of this year to improve the patient experience, streamline scheduling, and enhance care coordination.
